Norwich City left-back Dimitris Giannoulis is emerging as a surprise target for Real Sociedad and Atalanta.
The Greek international managed 16 games for the Canaries in the second half of last season, as they won promotion from the Championship.
He has not managed to play regularly this term, which could lead him to go out on loan.
Giannis Chorianopoulos, editor-in-chief at Sportime in Greece, tweeted: "Real Sociedad and Atalanta are checking Dimitris Giannoulis status in Norwich City. For a possible on loan move in summer transfer period."
Giannoulis has lost his place in the Norwich side to Manchester United loanee Brandon Williams.
