Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel felt N'Golo Kante was back to his best for victory over Champions League opponents Lille last night.
After the round 16 first-leg 2-0 win, Tuchel reserved special praise for Kante's brilliant midfield display.
He said: "He had some problems to find his strengths and rhythm after his injury and after he was out for some games he was back on top level tonight and got better with every minute throughout the game and instantly had a huge impact.
"It is not a surprise, we are waiting some games now and today he found his rhythm.
"It was a huge impact and absolutely top performance."
