Former Inter Milan striker Nicola Ventola has questioned coach Simone Inzaghi's management of Lautaro Martinez.
Ventola says Inzaghi's constant substituting of the Argentine can be demoralising.
He said on Bobo TV: "Personally I don't like him, because Lautaro knows that he is replaced every 60 minutes.
"Every time he has to be replaced.
"And as a former striker, I say it, it is mentally annoying and subconsciously you feel it, because you have anxiety because you only have 60 minutes of time and not 90."
