Juventus great Alex Del Piero feels Inter Milan's title chances now hang in the balance.
Del Piero remarked: “When you play at home and you have a chance like this you have to win, especially if your opponents have not won.
"Sassuolo, however, have won many games against the big teams, Inter for their part has some problems that have been highlighted tonight.
"Today there is little Lautaro (Martinez), but Inter have shown that they can score with many players. It is a critical moment, as it will emerge if Inter is ripe to win the Scudetto."
