Chelsea are in new contract talks with Harvey Vale.
The attacker made his debut for the Blues earlier this season and is tipped for big things inside the club.
The Guardian says the 18-year-old midfielder is in talks with the club over extending his deal, which runs out in June 2023.
On Friday, manager Thomas Tuchel also revealed he personally blocked a loan move away for Vale.
Tuchel wanted to keep Vale involved in the first team squad and so rejected an approach from Huddersfield for the attacker.
