Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's longest canopy skywalk in Sandakan is now complete, a project that cost RM4 million, according to a report.
The final extension phase to the now 620-metre canopy walkway at the Rainforest Discovery Centre in Sepilok has concluded.
The 250-metre extension was funded by the State Government under the 12th Malaysia Plan.
Chief Conservator of Forests Datuk Frederick Kugan was present during a ceremony to witness the project's completion Friday.
The canopy walkway named The Rainforest Skywalk is one of Sandakan’s most iconic attractions.
