Barcelona want to seal pre-contract agreements with Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta in the coming days.
Chelsea have been trying to negotiate contract extensions with both players.
However the talks have proven unsuccessful and Barca are hoping to take advantage.
Sport says the Catalan club have been speaking with the pair about contracts.
Azpilicueta will be offered a three-year deal, with Chelsea only offering one-year.
An offer has also been extended to Christensen, who would like to play at the Camp Nou.
