IF ELECTED as Chief Executive of the Republic of the Philippines on May 9, Ferdinand Marcos Jr (pic, left) will push for the permanent setting up of ‘Kadiwa’ (rolling store) in every Barangay (village) nationwide.

Fondly called by Filipinos as ‘Bongbong’, the leading presidential candidate among 10 aspirants, he believe establishing the Kadiwa centres will effectively help consumers buy basic essential necessities at lower prices compared to those being sold in regular markets and stores.
