Tottenham midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur admits the presence of manager Antonio Conte convinced him about moving to London.
Spurs signed Bentancur from Juventus on deadline day last month.
He told Sky Italia: "Playing in the Premier League is something I've always wanted to do. I consider it the best league in the world.
"It's a real dream to be here, as a child I always watched the league English. I am very happy to have landed in this huge club. Things are going very well. All my teammates, the staff and the whole environment are helping me a lot.
"The fact that Conte was here was an important factor in making my decision, a great motivation. His resumé is incredible. He has won many titles and has been successful wherever he has gone.
"I learned a lot of things when I was at Juve and I won many trophies. I hope my experience can help in some way to consolidate a higher level of trust on the part of the team, it would be fantastic. We have quality players here and we must instill that self-confidence that we can win a lot together."
