FC Copenhagen star Rasmus Falk admits he tried to convince Christian Eriksen to join him at FCK.
Eriksen signed for Brentford last month after being released from his contract at Inter Milan earlier this season.
Falk and Eriksen have been friends since childhood and the former revealed: "I did ask him, but I won't say what he told me.
"It is awesome (that Eriksen will resume his career). It pleases me and it pleases everyone. I hope and believe that he will be really good.
"I think when he's where he's reportedly ready to play, it's because everything's in order. I think he's totally ready for it."
