Asked about the former Brentford man in recent games, Parker said: "Emi Marcondes epitomises everything I would want to see from a professional footballer.
"He's someone who is absolutely relentless with everything he does. I'm sure he's disappointed (at not start but I'd never know he was, he always reacts in the right way.
"He's always consistent in his behaviours and I know I always say the same things but it's the truth, that's why he can come on and perform like he has over the last few weeks and throughout the season."
