Omar Richards is delighted with his first season at Bayern Munich.
The English fullback joined Bayern from Reading last summer and has made 14 appearances for the German giants.
Richards admits first working with Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann was a culture shock: “After a while I realised that everything he made me do had a reason. There are new ideas all the time, everything is fresh and training guides us in the way we play in matches.
"When you come here, you feel the ambition. You know it's a place where you just need to win. I don't think you can miss it. It's in the air. I'm on a team with superstars and some of the best players in the world, and I'm still new.
"But the thing is, I'm in the right place and I'm only getting better every day, so you never know what can happen."
