Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has praised Emile Smith Rowe after playing him as a No 9.
The attacking midfielder, who is known for his versatility, was deployed as a forward during their 2-1 win over Brentford.
Smith Rowe opened the scoring with a sublime goal before Bukayo Saka doubled the advantage.
Post-game, Arteta stated: "He can play as a left winger, he can play as a left attacking midfielder, right attacking midfielder and he can play as a nine — very, very well I think."
The creative superstar has nine goals and two assists in 21 games this term in the Premier League.
The result saw Arsenal continue their top-four push this season.
The Gunners currently sit four points off fourth-placed Manchester United, but they do possess three games in hand on their rivals.
