Atletico Madrid defender Jose Maria Gimenez admitted frustration after last night's draw with Champions League opponents Manchester United.
The first-leg of the round 16 tie finished 1-1.
Gimenez said, "A little disappointed, yes... I think we don't deserve to be tied.
"We were totally superior to them, we managed all facets of the game well, we defended well, we were very good in attack, we had clear chances, we hit the target twice... But if you are not effective, the opposition, they know how to play too.
"A big regret, this goal. We deserved to win. On the way back, we will have to play as we know how to do, with our flame, our heart. The coach has analysed this first leg well, we will continue to work and go there to win."
