Kota Kinabalu: Pintasan Assemblyman Fairuz Renddan said Gabungan Rakyat Sabah’s (GRS) formal approval as an official political coalition by the Registrar of Societies (ROS) is the next correct step by the leadership of Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Mohd Noor.
“GRS will now be more focused and can be mobilised with strength, because the foundation of GRS is now in place. God-willing, it will definitely get stronger day by day,” he said in a statement.
The Sabah Bersatu Armada Chief said the coalition’s direction is to continually ensure that its development plans and agendas be implemented proactively, thus recovering the State from the people’s economic crisis.
“The challenges we face are not small and I am confident that all the leaders who are under the auspices of the GRS entity will continue to carry out our duties and roles in restoring everything.
“No matter what, we will always stand for Sabah and its people. I am confident that all GRS component parties will work hard to realise its aspirations and solve the people’s woes,” he said.
