STATE Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said the development of by-laws will take time because stringent processes must be followed before a by-law can be authorised and gazetted.
Masidi said this in his Ministry’s winding-up speech on Wednesday when responding to a question from Kapayan about by-laws that are taking too long to be authorised.
