Atletico Madrid are favourites to land Olympique Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara.
Foot Mercato says Atletico have struck personal terms with Kamara - though nothing has been formally signed.
France international Kamara comes off contract in June and can sign a pre-contract with any foreign club.
The 22 year-old is also interesting Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
But for the moment, Kamara has verbally committed to Atletico.
