SENALLANG Assemblyman Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said Sabah must be resolute in asserting its constitutional rights.

He said it was a breach of contract, citing the 40 per cent revenue to Sabah that Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz declared no longer applies.

“The 40 per cent revenue to Sabah is imbedded in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63). Whatever money is collected from Sabah should be returned to Sabah because the money is needed to develop infrastructure in the State,” he said
