Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch has called for unity ahead of facing Norwich City.
Fans turned on the directors' box during defeat to Aston Villa in midweek.
Marsch said: "I understand their frustration and concern, right. But again, the most important thing is the belief and the courage that we have as a club and as a city and as a community. And we can't have doubts from every perspective because we will never achieve our goals. So I'm here to try to instil those things in the confidence. I know with fans, you have to earn it.
"It's not given, right. I mean, it's the same with players. It's the same with directors. It's the same with everything.
"But again, I am not afraid. I'm not afraid. I'm here for the right reasons. And I want to help this club be the things that I really believe it can be."
