Kota Kinabalu: There is a need to impose stringent conditions on the process of hearing and granting native certificates to Sabah’s Sino natives in order to prevent abuse of the system, said Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.
He said any abuse of the system must be minimised as fully as possible, before the 40-year suspension on the issuance of such native certificates could be lifted.
