Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier says he's okay after being forced off during victory at Wolves on Friday.
Meslier has claimed he is 'doing well' despite his second half substitution due to injury in Friday's 3-2 win at Wolverhampton Wanderers. Meslier was replaced by debutant to Kristoffer Klaesson in the 10th minute of the second half after a challenge with Raul Jimenez, that saw him receive a second yellow card.
Meslier issued an update on his condition via his official Instagram and is hopeful of being back on the pitch soon.
He said: “Thank you for all your messages! I am doing well considering the circumstances. The comeback and the victory of the team make the pains less. I am in good hands and hope to be back on the pitch soon."
Leeds are next in action at home to Southampton on Saturday, April 2.
