Thomas Tuchel has revealed Chelsea are unlikely to have Callum Hudson-Odoi and Reece James available for Wednesday's clash with Lille.

However, defensive duo Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta are both available.

Both players sat on the bench for last weekend's win over Newcastle United.

Asked about an injury update, Tuchel told reporters: "Marcos is ready to start and Azpi is also ready to start.

"With Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi, we will try to have them join in training later but this will be a very tight race.

"As you know they were not involved [on Sunday] and we will take the decision on those two after training, it will be a very late call. First we need to weigh up the risk.

"Let's see after training if it is worth the risk or whether it is even possible first, as it will be a very, very tight race for them."
