Google Cloud and VMware, Inc. have expanded their relationship to assist customers with app modernisation and cloud transformation. Customers can now take use of Google Cloud VMware Engine through the VMware Cloud Universal programme. Enterprise clients will benefit from increased financial flexibility, choice, and the opportunity to speed cloud migrations and modernise enterprise applications in Google Cloud as a result of this expanded partnership.
Customers may migrate VMware applications to the cloud without changing their programmes, tools, or procedures using Google Cloud VMware Engine in as little as an hour (1). The VMware Cloud Verified and native Google Cloud service provide enterprise-ready cloud infrastructure for mission-critical vSphere workloads, including security, availability, resource optimisation, management, and operational support. Customers may create hybrid apps right once they're in the cloud, allowing them to be more nimble and secure access to Google services like BigQuery and cloud operations and extending their existing disaster recovery, backup, and storage services. Companies can get the following results using Google Cloud VMware Engine and VMware Cloud Universal:
-
Average TCO savings of 38% over three years compared to on-premises environments(1)
-
Average yearly cost savings of more than $2M(1)
-
