Manchester City plan to place new signing Savinho in France next season.
De Telegraaf says while PSV Eindhoven was mooted as a destination, it's been decided Savinho will be placed at City's French satellite club Troyes.
City signed Savinho from Atletico Mineiro last year, where the 17 year-old winger is currently on-loan.
In 23 games for Atletico Mineiro, he has not yet scored a goal or assist. Sávio has six youth caps for Brazil Under 16 to his name.
City bought the atacker for a fee rising to €12.5m.
