KOTA KINABALU: Lady luck was shining brightly on two punters as they walked away with about RM97.8 million in Sports Toto jackpots.
The big winner who bought the ticket in a betting station in Batu Maung, Penang, won the RM95,036,321.25 Supreme Toto 6/58 Jackpot, Wednesday, according to an announcement made on Sports Toto’s website, Thursday.
Sports Toto Malaysia, on its Facebook, also said that this was the largest jackpot in Malaysian history.
Meanwhile, another lucky individual who bought the ticket at a betting station in Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor won RM2,715,322.65 from the pool of RM97.8 million.
The lucky numbers were 5, 12, 20, 22, 29 and 41.
