Arsenal defender Ben White says he is trying to emulate the training habits of England teammates Harry Maguire and Tyrone Mings.
White has been recalled to the England squad after an impressive campaign with the Gunners.
He will be competing with Maguire and Mings to play against Switzerland and Ivory Coast this week, and he has praised his teammates ahead of the friendlies.
"Look at what they did last summer, how amazing they were," White said of the duo.
"Form is temporary. The way they trained when I was here for the Euros was something that I aim to try and be like."
