The Portuguese starlet has only just returned to action after fracturing his kneecap last April.
The Daily Mail says Neto is on PSG's winger shortlist for the summer.
Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele and Leeds gun Raphinha are also included.
Neto was rewarded for his hard work with a new two year contract extension only this month, keeping him at Molineux until 2027.
