OGCN owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has been linked with a bid for the London giants this week as Roman Abramovich seeks to sell.
But Fournier says the prospect of Ratcliffe's company INEOS buying Chelsea is unlikely.
He said: "I am not the representative of INEOS but I share a lot of things about football with them but I do not think it is on the agenda."
