Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Hajiji Noor paid his last respect to late Toh Puan Rahimah Stephens, widow of former Sabah Chief Minister and Governor Tun Mohd Fuad Stephens, at her family home at Jalan Lintas, Kota Kinabalu, today.
Rahimah, 91, born on Oct 22, 1930, was Kiulu representative and Sabah Welfare Minister.
Rahimah, who was the first woman minister in Sabah, died of a heart attack today.
"My condolences to the family of the late Rahimah for their loss. I hope they remain strong in facing this test," said Hajiji on Facebook.
Hajiji was accompanied by State Secretary Datuk Safar Untong during his visit with Rahimah's family.
