Barcelona defender Eric Garcia hopes to see action for Spain against Albania.
Garcia is targeting a regular place in the Spain squad.
He said, "It will be a very special game. After 18 years the national team are back and I'm excited for my family and friends, who will be at the game and we'll celebrate this party.
"I hope the stadium can be filled after so long, we need the fans more than ever.
"We enjoy playing with the coach's plan a lot, with what he transmits. The players, we know each other well, and there's a special environment.
"First, we have these friendlies against Albania and Iceland, then the games in the Nations League in June and the World Cup is after that. We want to be at the top level competing with the team."
