Los Angeles Dodgers part-owner Todd Boehly is ready to work with Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss to buy Chelsea.

Blues owner Roman Abramovich has confirmed the club is now up for sale.

Wyss revealed his interest earlier this week, though wishes to buy the club as part of a consortium.

Blick reports working with Wyss is Boehly. The pair have already teamed up in the past. For example at the holding company Eldridge Industries, which Boehly founded in 2015.

Wyss says he's in contact with representatives for Abramovich and further negotiations are to take place in the next few days.
