LABUAN: It is ironic that all the funds spent on flood mitigation projects in Kuala Lumpur have not solved its flooding problem, which also raises doubts about the Federal Government’s ability in solving Sabah’s, according to an activist.
“Flood mitigation measures have been ongoing for years in the nation’s capital. I recall Samy Vellu being proud of the efforts when he was Work Minister decades ago.
