Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch is happy after his first ten days.

Marsch will lead Leeds tomorrow night against Aston Villa.

He said, "It's slowing down a little bit. We've spent more intensive time with each other. We've enjoyed our time together, it's been very positive. I felt good about the first performance.

"We deserved a result, but those good feelings will stay strong when we can get the results.

"It's not just tactics and football, it's the type of leader I am.

"They're getting to know me more, to understand what's important to me and their ability to commit to that every day will determine how quick the learning curve is.

"There is a long way to go yet."

On Tyler Roberts missing the season, he added: "We knew it was going to be a heavy injury right away.

"Tyler was adamant he wanted to stay on. He had a successful surgery. He was in positive spirits.

"We're hopeful he'll make a full recovery in 3-4 months."
