Arsenal defenders Kieran Tierney and Rob Holding have named Nicolas Pepe as his toughest opponent in training.

Mikel Arteta has claimed that the Ivorian has looked a "different player" since returning from the African Cup of Nations.

Pepe played a starring role in the recent win over Wolves, and it is clear how much respect he has from his teammates.

Asked who is the hardest to play in training, the Scottish international said: "I'd say Pepe all day. I play against him every day and it's a horrible experience. He's good."

Holding added: "Yeah it's not nice. I wouldn't want to play against him every day, one v ones against Pepe every day…"
