TAWAU: Kukusan Assemblywoman Rina Jainal said the Federal Government’s lack of seriousness in developing Kalabakan and Sabah is reflected by its decision to postpone the construction of the Serudong-Kalabakan Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine (CIQ) on the grounds of “no money.”
She said it is not surprising for Federal to reject a megaproject with significant implications for Sabah.
