2. Shipping Processing Time

3. Delivery Status
- You can locate your parcel with your tracking link on www.xparcel.com.my.
- Your delivery status will be updated within 24 hours after we drop off your item at x.
- In the event that your parcel status has not been updated after 3 days of receiving your confirmation email, kindly contact our customer support team via email.
4. Incorrect Delivery Address
- If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- Kindly take note that we will not be able to change your address after we process your order for shipping.
