RANAU: Police here uncovered activities of sending ketum leaves through the express mail service, with the arrest of a 22-year-old local male, on Tuesday.
Ranau District Police Chief DSP Simiun Lomudin said based on intelligence information, they detected several orders for boxes containing fresh ketum leaves at one of the delivery premises here.
