Jorginho's agent Joao Santos' told Calciomercato.com on Wednesday that he is aware of interest in his client.
"I have not spoken to Juve, but I am aware of their interest in Jorginho," said Santos.
"We have a contract with Chelsea until the summer of 2023 and it is a special situation for the club where there are no negotiations. Especially because both inbound and outbound transfers are closed.
"If the situation is resolved, the first priority will be to renew the contract. Should Chelsea not be able to make a new deal, we will listen to every team that comes on the field."
