Kota Kinabalu: Villagers in Kampung Rampayan Laut are upset over the piles of soil in the middle of Sungai Manggatal that had been left unattended for quite some time.
Rampayan Manggatal Village Development and Security Committee (JPKK) Jeffry Metusin said he had reported the matter to the Sabah Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) a fortnight ago.
