Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl explained Tino Livramento's absence for defeat to Watford.

Livramento had played 90 minutes in each of the last four Premier League matches, but was missing from the squad with Romain Perraud his replacement in the starting XI.

“Tino is okay but after his long injury break he needs a little bit of a break," he said, speaking after the defeat.

When asked if Livramento would return in time to face Manchester City in the FA Cup last eight next Sunday, he added: “Maybe, yes."
