Crystal Palace left-back Tyrick Mitchell and Southampton's Kyle Walker-Peters have been called up to the England squad.
They are also joined by West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Sam Johnstone and Aston Villa forward Ollie Watkins.
The news follows the withdrawals of Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, Chelsea star Reece James, Roma forward Tammy Abraham and Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
Speaking about Mitchell last week, manager Gareth Southgate said: "Tyrick, we've been really impressed with, he was very close [to a call-up].
"I think he's been very good with his defending, he gets out quickly to people and in the biggest games against top opponents he's coped really well."
