Former Argentina forward Hernan Crespo has taken over as manager of Al-Duhail.
The head coach arrived in Doha this week as part of preparations for the new edition of the AFC Champions League.
Al Duhail are set to take their place in the fourth group of the competition, with the matches happening in Saudi Arabia in early April.
Crespo spent his club career with teams such as River Plate, Parma, Lazio, Inter Milan, Chelsea, AC Milan and Genoa.
He has spent time coaching in Brazil with Sao Paolo.
