
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's new Covid-19 cases went up to 708 today after a few days' downward trend according to spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.
"After (being) on the downtrend for the last few days, new cases shot up [past] the 700 level to 708 (+117)," Masidi announced on Twitter.
"More cases in KK 202 (+28), P’pang 70 (+28) and Tuaran 70 (+24), Beaufort 47 (+30) & Tawau 41 (+23)."
The percentage of sporadic infections stood at 64, he said, adding 97.88 percent of today's cases were asymptomatic or light infections.
