Sevilla sports chief Monchi says players and agents are now well aware of their transfer model.
Monchi admits it's no secret the club is used as a stepping stone.
He told Marca: "This Sevilla is not the one it was ten years ago.
"They already know us, they know that we are looking for players who have a second sale and the clubs want to participate in these advantages. The profile we are looking for now is a more final player, more finished and has a price.
"We're not going for the Daniel Alves, the Adriano or the Baptista on duty, and that influences the cost.
"Before the phone call we try to make a psychological profile of the player based on information from players who know him, who have lived with him, on social networks... Then, in the conversation, you try to perceive what he is like. For me it is essential that the player, when he hears the word Sevilla, his eyes light up."
