So, you're craving for a delish popsicle but not the extra calories that come with it`? No worries, this 2-step recipe is low-calorie and super healthy! Plus, it takes little ingredients to make. Check out the recipe below:


Ingredients:

- Fernleaf yogurt

- Any of your fave toppings: fruits, matcha powder, cocoa powder, dried cranberries, etc.

How to make:

1. Add fruits & topping into yogurt.

2. Stir well.

3. Add popsicles sticks.

4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

5. Enjoy!


*if you're using unsweetened yogurt, add some sugar/honey for better taste.
