Kuala Lumpur: Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament (DAP) Chan Foong Hin demanded that Law Minister Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi explain the dropping of all corruption charges against former Sabah Water Department Deputy Director, Teo Chee Kong.
