Arsenal title winner Perry Groves is backing a move for Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
With both Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are yet to commit their future to Arsenal, Groves thinks it is vital that Arsenal plan ahead for the summer transfer window.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Groves said: "Without a shadow of a doubt, they [Arsenal] need to sign a centre-forward [in the summer transfer window].
"I don't think they are going to re-sign Alexandre Lacazette. I am a big fan of Lacazette, the quality he brings players in around him with the physicality.
"Obviously his goal scoring output has dropped substantially over the last 18 months but the money and the wages he is on, I don't think they will renew for that sort of money."
When asked who he would like to see the club sign, Groves said he thought Arteta should be targeting Everton striker Calvert-Lewin.
The former Arsenal legend said: "I would bring in someone like [Dominic] Calvert-Lewin. I think he would fit in perfectly."
Groves added: "Calvert-Lewin's attitude is good, taught by Carlo Ancelotti and off the ball he can close down and press."
