Shafie denied claims that he and his team travelled to Madrid to challenge the Philippine claim to Sabah.
“Rubbish. It is not true. When did I go to Spain? Did I go to Spain? Mahathir went to Spain?,” he said when asked whether he and his team went to Madrid with Tun Mahathir and Wisma Putra's blessings.
