KOTA BELUD: Upko Kadamaian Assemblyman Datuk Ewon Benedick said he is prepared to take matters relating to Special Grants and 40 per cent Federal Revenue Grants in Sabah to court so that Sabahans can get answers through the legal system.
According to Ewon, Federal Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz’s explanation that the redistribution of Federal revenue in Sabah based on the 40percent formula under Article 112C and 112D no longer applies due to a new decision reached between the Federal and State Governments has sparked new political polemics in Sabah.
