BELURAN: Five men aged 50 and 55 were detained on suspicion of illegal hunting in Paitan during a coordinated operation by the Sabah Wildlife Department and the Protect Unit of the Sabah Forestry Department.
Sabah Wildlife Director Augustine Tuuga said the activity, which violated the Wildlife Conservation Enactment 1997, was discovered during a roadblock along Jalan Paitan.
